Remove account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and remove all your data from our servers.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your switches, contacts, and scheduled messages will be immediately and irreversibly removed from our servers.
Open the app and go to Settings
From the home screen, tap the Settings button.
Tap on your account
In Settings, tap on your account name or email address.
Unlock if required
If you have a password or biometrics enabled, you'll be asked to verify your identity. If not, skip to the next step.
Scroll down and tap "Delete account"
At the bottom of the account page, tap the "Delete account" button.
Tap "Delete" to confirm
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to proceed.
Type "Delete" and tap "Confirm"
In the final step, type the word Delete in the input field and tap "Confirm" to permanently delete your account.
Done! Your account has been deleted.
Your account and all associated data have been permanently removed from our servers.
